I went to TJ nails 4 days ago, with an appointment for a full set of acrylics. My appointment was completely disregarded and I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. I was told the set I wanted (I provided a picture) would be $60. They ended up lying and I had to pay $73.50. My nails are crooked, uneven lengths, and the rhinestones fell off last night. Extremely rude owner and receptionist too might I add. I wouldn’t go back even if I was paid to.
Absolutely terrible customer service... the little male owner, could benefit from several lessons in speaking with customers. Will not be going back here!!
